Seeing Niagara Falls was one of those surreal moments. There is always a certain expectation when visiting somewhere so famous and I was hoping to be impressed.
But, to be honest, I was not amazed.
This mighty mass of water was good at best and there was no thrilling feeling.
Then something happened that changed everything.
A rainbow appeared and this made all of the difference.

There is something about the rainbow that makes it special. I also saw one when we were at an adventure park with beautiful mountain views. We felt disappointed when it rained because we cannot explore the place. Then right after the rain, a rainbow appeared. It removed all our disappointments and we were in awe the whole time it was there.
It’s amazing how a rainbow can completely change an opinion of somewhere. Sorry you didn’t get to explore because of the weather though, that must have been irritating!
