I enjoyed watching members of Alberta’s Stoney Nakoda Nation present an incredibly vibrant performance of traditional drumming and dancing in Banff Avenue Square.
This show provided a great insight into a fascinating culture, which I hope the following photographs exemplify.
I was particularly drawn to the gorgeous colours and patterns on the outfits and the incredibly expressive faces of the dancers.
